How do I explain the idea that profits are just unpaid wages. My dad has the idea that if he takes his money and puts it in a business that he should reap all the benefits and that paying workers equitably would be unfair since he “put in all the work and money” so he should get all the benefits. I don’t know how to explain in simple terms how this is a selfish and greedy mindset to have. And that the workers would be who truly make things work and without them the company wouldn’t exist at all. someone help me solidify my argument in this debate please.
