My mental health is in the pits. My job is driving me insane. I asked for 30 hours maximum and I'm being given 38. It's like I'm melting. I NEED tomorrow off to recover. The problem is, I live with my parents, so I need to also convince them I'm sick. ATP I'm willing to actually make myself ill/really throw up to get a day of rest. Any advice?
