I come in at 10:45 every day as he told me to do. I leave around 2, because there's no clock in clock out device or app he uses I have to wait until they tell me to leave so I know they clocked me out (by writing it down?) , and that's when he told me to leave.
Me and my boyfriend did the math. He is not paying me 54 dollars earned, minimum. This is not accounting for the hour later I stayed during the second week of the pay period for multiple days after telling him I wasn't getting enough. It is accounting for the hour later on Fridays he requires me to stay for prep.
This is also not accounting for the upwards of 15 minutes I have to wait before he OK's me to clock out, past the time he says I should leave.
