Surprising to no one, fast food sucks. I’ve already ranted about my workplace so I’m not gonna do that here, just quickly let y’all know I did report them to OSHA and my state’s health provisions organization.
Anyway, I have a couple of days off that I’m using to find a job to replace it. I already have a part-time job as a nanny starting soon so I’m not worried about going a few days “jobless,” so I’m asking what the best ways to quit would be. Im currently considering texting my manager “I quit” and blocking everyone related to the job, but also I might just not show up to any of my shifts and hope they get the message. I don’t need to make a big, grand departure, I’ve already reported the place for its health code violations, I just want to wipe my hands of this job. What are your thoughts?
