So I have already given my resignation but it’s 60 days notice according to our contract 🤡
And I just cannot take it anymore.
As right now, in HK we are going through covid surge with daily death toll 280 people 🤡 and I’m a teacher. We were doing online classes but now my boss wants to change it back to face to face. But to me it just insane cause everything in HK is going bizarre and my boss insist on face to face classes. It just doesn’t sit right with me to put kids in risk for the sake of profit.
Anyway, long story short he is paying us 40% less due to covid yet the workload is more or less the same and I cannot take his bullshit anymore !
How do I tell him I want to quit immediately. I’m not good with words especially to my superiors
Please help me get rid of this toxic cycle
