I get paid 25/hr as a contractor, with a team of other contractors. I found out after talking with them that every. Single. One. Of them is making 27/hr. We do the same work, we have the same shifts, all have roughly the same or less experience in the field as I do. There is literally no reason other than bad luck that I'm making 2$ less. So, reddit, how do I fix this? I've already asked my contract company and they said the rate is set by the client. The client is a large pharmaceutical company so they can definitely pay afford it as well.
Ps. Im also looking for other jobs for a variety of reasons so I don't need that suggestion.
