A coworker just got promoted to line lead. She's only worked here for 3 months, is still a temp, and has never spent 1 day on the line she just became the lead for and doesn't have a forklift license which makes her incapable of doing half of her job. here's the thing, I'm trained to run that line and know how to do all of the paperwork and I've worked there for 5 years but I was passed up on the promotion. I walked her through her first day because I'm not an asshole but what should I do to start a union?
