Most jobs are miserable and underpaid while cost of living is really high and education is too expensive. I refuse to work at anything retail related anymore bc of the shit pay and wacky hours. I refuse to work anything warehouse or manufacturing related tol because I hate the constant micromanagement especially at Amazon and the extreme physical wear and tear on your body.
I don't blame anybody for not wanting yo work, a lot of people are suffering a midlife crisis right now not knowing how to find a job that suits them but when presented with an opportunity in retail, it almost seems better to just not work.
I'm an IT Professional myself, the pay is a lot better but a lot of the companies do the same shit for entry level jobs.
Will anything get better? Or will it just be persevering through circumstances?
