How do y’all deal with depression about a bleak future under capitalism?

I'm seriously so depressed and saddened by my future. Everything only keeps getting more expensive while wages comparatively go down through inflation. One medical emergency could put me in serious debt, on top of my college debt, and my car debt… does it get any better? I feel like human were never meant to live this kind of existence. It makes me terribly sad to know my future is going to be full of 40+ hour work weeks to grind away a meager, content existence, so that when I'm 70 I can retire and not do any of the things I wanted to while I was younger because I'll be burnt out and exhausted. I'm already exhausted. What do I do? I appreciate what I have, I love my hobbies and my life, but it feels like there should be something more to this all. How do y'all do this?
