How do y’all “fake it til you make it”?

I’m so miserable going into work bc of certain people working there. Good thing is I don’t work everyday and different people work everyday, so some days I truly go into work happy bc the people who i don’t like aren’t there, and I’m not anxious or stressed or don’t want to be here. The thing is holiday season is coming up and I work at a retail store that everyone comes to for gifts and it gets packed, so chances of me working with these certain people goes up as my manager will be scheduling everyone a whole lot more. I’m trying to train my brain into that “fake it til you make it” mentality as we go into holiday season (it hasn’t fully started yet as I’m still working one day a week when I have four days when I’m available). So how do I create that mentality?…

So how do I create that mentality? That mentality when I go into work I have the illusion I’m genuinely happy and I want to be there (which I do want to be there, not while some people are there).
