Currently working for a company who doesn’t care about employees at all. HR acts sentimental, but we all know the true purpose of HR. Have had people leave en masse recently, and no one’s been hired to replace them. I’ve been forced to go to 6 days a week at minimum to cover.
Want to apply to other jobs but can’t take a dip in pay, plus worried listing my current job will tip them off I’m looking elsewhere.
They’re very much the type to add on extra workload and berate you if don’t complete it. I’ve been with the company over 2 years so it’s hard to leave off a resume. Just worried things will get worse if they know I’m looking to leave.
