Hello – Just wondering something. For a really long time I wanted to work for a certain company (multi-million, but for sure not a billion dollar company). On their careers page, they don't have a job that I specialize in. How do I go on about writing an email (perhaps to HR?) to just give me an interview? I'm fully okay with getting a salary reduction if it means I can work there. I know they have a large department of my field, and I know they can find an extra salary if the person would benefit their company.
