How do you explain an illegal firing in a job interview?

Legal action is currently on foot and the bullying ex-boss in question literally fabricated “problems” with behaviour and performance that have no basis in reality. This is thankfully pretty easy to prove, and they haven’t followed the law. But I need a job, so how do I explain why I’m job hunting after 6 months if I’m asked? Also, the company is one of the biggest employers in the country, and it’s where the most growth and salary is in my type of job. It’s a big company and the ex-boss only works in a tiny part of it. Any and all suggestions or tips on phrasing appreciated! I’m also not in the US, if that’s relevant?
