How do you get one of those “ideal” well-paying jobs? With flexibility and maybe some remote options? I know some of y’all out there have cracked the code!! What’s the secret?

I’ve seen a lot of funny/depressing (mostly depressing) storytelling/meme-ing and commiseration on this sub, but I haven’t seen a lot of info about how to escape the 9-5 grind. Do you know anyone who has managed to find an enjoyable & high paying job? Is there a relatively quick way to accomplish this? How do we get one of those extra NICE jobs? I want to pursue my dreams. Let’s brainstorm mama !
