X employer had the nerve to give a laughable low-ball offer WAY below market average after claiming they “support” their new members to the company. This happened after rounds of extensive interviews over weeks and the employer expressed they were keen to give me an offer. Feels like such a huge slap in the face to give a salary number that's downright embarrassing and disrespectful to their own candidates' professional experience. They get your hopes up then throw you a fucking ridiculous low-ball offer it's fucking blood boiling. Fuck out of here if you think you can treat your employees with the bare minimum and expect overqualified candidates to actually still want to join your stingy-ass company,
