How do you stay working under horrible bosses?

I moved from California to Texas and ever since then I don't know if it's been me or my managers that have driven me out of my jobs. In California, i had very professional respectful managers that wouldn't micromanage and they were respectively at a retail setting and a community health center setting. I'm ready to leave this job after only 6 months.
