My field is IT and im typically in tier 3 desktop or server engineer type roles but my role is always meticulously watched hell my last manager literally said i have to hit 7-8 hours of solid work and that i have to prove my worth in the company every day (basically or i'll get fired if im not firing on all cylinders and providing 8 hours of solid work with proof)… This just always ends with me being burnt out. what are some jobs in my field i can take or work towards where i can have some more freedom and i wont get burnt out so much?
