How do you work in an office and there’s loud people always talking and you gotta take calls? Work at a call center environment

Just started a new job. My co workers are so loud and always talking about their business constantly how do I work and take calls it distracts me a lot I have ADHD I just started and it’s actually stressing me out. I don’t really work well in loud environments. I don’t really trust my managers either it’s so hard what I’m dealing with I hate the office lol just venting while
