I have had multiple jobs in the past but they’ve always been ended by going back to school, contracts run out, etc. but I just got a new job with a 60% raise, and a higher title.
How does one tell your old boss you’re quitting? Especially since we will have a barbecue tomorrow, should I give them my two weeks before or after the barbecue? Is it weird to not tell them until after we socialize to get free food? Idk, this is all weird
Edit: this place was horrible to work for them, constantly changing my schedule and leaving us under staffed and our pay was a joke
