How is it ok for job postings to list one location only to tell you it’s in a completely different spot during the interview?

This happens to me so often especially on Indeed. Job headers will say Orlando Florida only to actually be in Gary Indiana. It’s the same thing as not listing the salary it just wastes everyone’s time.
