I have a non-legal (not law-related) job-related question. So I'm an L1 agent, we have a new L2 agent coming to the team soon, he's a new hire. We're still just 5 L1 agents speaking this one specific language nobody else can speak well enough it seems so no more fresh recruits it seems. I told them I want more money (I'd already gotten a 25% raise but I need just a teeny bit – really tiny bit – more to get to my dream salary for the time being) they said this is the best they could do as far as the raise is concerned. BUT I'm really talkin g about getting only 80 USD more than what they offered. How likely are they to comply?
My probationary period has been over for 4 days btw
Is there a HUGE difference between 700 and 780 USD (my country's currency's american equivalent) for a multibillionaire company?
IT outsourcing bla bla but you get the idea
