Hey guys, I am a student who decided to start working, I have found a job as backend developer in a small start up, first they told me after I do their test, I will get a contract, for a junior position they gave me medior, that I was struggling with, in the end I somehow managed to deliver it to them, then they gave me a week to work on some of their projects, I did my work, was expecting to get the contract finally, then they gave me another task where I had to program a whole website, now I am done with that, expecting a contract, and They told me I should be working next two weeks on some of their project, and then I should get the contract…
Should I just leave, or should I stick with them? Most of my coworkers are friendly and nice, but I feel like they are just playing with me… Ofc, no contract ´= no salary
EDIT:I finally wrote them that either they give me a contract or I quit, I guess there is no other way…
EDIT2: Guy told me I was only in learning period so he don't feel like I should get any money, so I just quit lol
