Is Amazon delivery job better than fed ex?

It is looking like I’ll make about $15,000 less this year than what the job posting said for fed ex. They also told me when I applied that it would be no issues if I wanted more stops to make more money. Asked for more stops and apparently it is too slow right now. I’m biding my time to make the switch to ups but they do not hire as often as fed ex. Probably because they pay so well that people don’t give up those jobs easily. I am thinking about switching to Amazon delivery in the meantime, as they have higher pay and only four day work week. Does anyone else have experience working with both companies? Would you suggest switching to Amazon or just waiting for ups seasonal hires and stay with fedex in the meantime?
