How many people would be interested in forming an intentional community sometime soon?

I've been here a while and keeping an eye on things and believe here soon in the next 3-5 years, it's gonna get way worse before it ever gets better. If some number of us could pool our money and buy some land, we could just live on that land all together, outside or the normal bounds of this hellscape that we live within. We would have to figure out some norms and it could not just be a free-for-all. Despite the name of the subreddit, it would be a colossal amount of work on my part, but that's the kind of future I see for myself anyway. It has always been my goal to create a radical education commune, basically like a school but a school that helps you learn whatever you want to learn whenever you want simply because it's neat. And there is a kind of commune…

And there is a kind of commune aspect to that if you logic it out. We indeed would have to do a lot of hard work together to generate food and share resources and labor, but it would be for US and not for THEM.

I just want to kind of gauge how open to that we all are.
