I work from home at a tech support call center. Can my employer turn my Webcam or microphone on without my knowledge to watch me and listen to any conversations I am having when I am not on a call? I had a weird comment made to me and I think I am being monitored somehow, something more than a keystroke logger or mouse. I don't care if I am being recorded but I am really uncomfortable with sneaky recordings. I have forgotten to turn my computer off before and its in my bedroom.
