I’m so tired and need out of my current job and interviewing for a senior role at a startup. However, I had 3 interviews already (45) minutes each, and now they are requesting a one hour case interview. I’m a little annoyed because I haven’t been told this before -and probably would’ve declined the process had I known. I am not familiar with consulting case frameworks, and they assured me consulting background is not required for the job. Seems like a bit of a bait and switch. Any way to get more clarity on what a case study looks like?
