I work as a storeman and currently its me, my manager and a new start. My other coworker is on holiday and while he is gone ontop of my job which involves warehouse management, reciving goods, customer deliveries and general inventory management im expected to cover mostly for my coworker and train the new start. Normally i wouldn't complain but my manager has been treating me poorly because im falling behind. Is it a reasonable load of work and if so what would be?
