How passive aggressive would it be to apply for jobs with insulting pay and ridiculous demands…and just ghost them?

Do you think a bunch of people applying and not following through would get them to see you the error of their ways? I’ve seen a couple of jobs that have insulting salary bands but have senior level titles and demand on-site only with no remote or hybrid options, so the thought has crossed my mind at least to just….waste their time
