I have worked for this agency since 2019 working various different jobs.
I have learned that at various different jobs they have paid less qualified people more. I have a Bachelor’s, and I’ve found out at various jobs that they have paid people who are fresh out of college more than me.
For example in one job, a girl who was only 18 and barely graduated high school with a work experience of less than 1 year was paid $2 more/hour than me.
In my current “assignment”, I am only being paid $18 vs. their posting in their website for the same job says the pay is $19-$22. Not only that, but my friend who also works for the agency says he’s being offered $20 for the same job and he has less experience (and no degree).
So how do I confront the agency over being underpaid constantly, and over their own ad for my current position offering $19 as the MINIMUM payment when I’m being paid $18?
