I really do not understand why I am not getting paid over 40hr/week despite putting in easily 50hr/week or more. My boss says I’m only approved for X amount of hours during a week, and anything above that my hours are adjusted to fit it. I was never told I was exempt, nor was I given appropriate hire paperwork for this role. Wtf.
