I have this incompetent boss who avoids confrontation and is generally an idiot. We have a current hire who he has told in private is going to be my supervisor but does not have the official title. She has told me this but we have the same job. But she has been acting like it and reporting back to him. I’ve lately been ignoring her but now she is curious what days I will be coming in so that she can report back to him. He speaks to me through her as if that’s going to affect some change. I do what I can when I can as I currently have another job that has been paying me more. I stay at my old job bc I enjoy my work more but get paid way less than the other place. I’m getting fed up with them both. Best way to confront her? I rarely see her in person now bc of our different schedules.
