How to counter when boss says “I’m so disappointed in you for not letting me know you were unhappy/things were so bad/etc”?

When I put in my notice, I know my boss will try to guilt trip me with this line. She's done it with others. I need some advice on a response that's not completely smartassy but gets the point across. I mean, Ray Charles could see that the place is falling apart. We're approaching 100% turnover ffs. I don't want to completely blast her. She deserves it, but I'm moving to a different part of the org and she's semi-influential. Should I go for the good old non-apology apology: “I'm sorry you feel that way”? Can anyone offer a better script? I suck at this stuff.
