Longtime lurker, first time poster. A relative of mine is starting a small business (bagel shop!) for the first time. They are one of the kindest people I know and really want to make a positive place to want to work and stay at.
What would you do or suggest to creating a healthy workplace? Obviously pay people enough money…but I would love to hear some suggestions based off your own experiences with good/bad workplaces. Just want to help them build somewhere where people can earn their living and hopefully have a good time doing it. Thank you so much!
