Hey everyone I started a new job and don’t like it all and planning to find a new job in the next few months. How do I get away with doing nothing in the mean time? I have to stay 6 months to not pay them back some bonus money. I work mostly remote and don’t do much. I attend all meetings and complete main tasks. I’m also a URM. Will they fire me for doing bare minimum? Or put me on a pip first? I don’t think they suspect anything yet but just wondering
