How to encourage positive attitudes about unions in my workplace?

Hi all! Not sure if I’m posting in the right place, please correct me if not. I work in a call center environment for a multinational mens suit company. My office is very small, totaling less than 20 employees in the state of Texas. My coworkers and I regularly complain of poor benefits and pay, being over worked, and awful time off request system. They lie in their job postings about remote work being available. I’ve gotten some very positive attitudes and responses about having a union election there. Some are probably shy to speak up or refuse to ruffle feathers. For these type of people, what kind of arguments/angles can I work to improve their perception of unions? Most of them don’t know a thing about them. Also, do you think having a union will make a significant impact considering we are in a conservative state? Thanks in advance!
