I’m trying to figure out how to apply for jobs with my situation and have some way to spin it so it doesn’t sound so terrible if it comes up. I was a uni student, I failed a few classes during covid cause I didn’t do great with online courses and covid etc and so now I’ve lost my funding. I need/decided to go find a job now. My career path is such that I don’t actually need a degree, people without them get hired all the time and I’ve completed enough that I should be able to do this…(it’s computer science for context)
but I’m thinking oh boy how do I even think someone will hire me? It just looks so bad, I went to school and just didn’t finish and lost my funding and I failed a few classes but I swear I did well till covid and do know a lot cause I basically finished a degree…please hire me…
I know I’m not literally supposed to tell them that but I have nooo clue what even to say that would make sense of the fact I was a student and now I’m not but please hire me.
