Any tips? Every job I've had has always had these deranged workaholic managers and tryhard coworkers that take some kind of insane sense of pride in their barely-above-minimum-wage job.
I have friends that have these really cozy jobs where they're getting paid the same as I get paid, but they're listening to music on their airpods the whole shift, just idling away, etc. Really cozy jobs. Meanwhile I'm over here getting screeched at by some control freak manager if I'm not speedwalking through the store constantly, let alone anything like being able to listen to music during my shift.
