How to get fair treatment and respect from co-workers?

This post is for my fiance, who asked me to find some advice for her. She has been at this job for a few months now doing payroll and is doing well. She is still learning but able to do her job without asking for frequent help. However, her co-workers are constantly coming to her asking if she needs help, if she has questions, etc. which was helpful for the first bit, but now seems like they're being overbearing. Also, to note, she's the youngest in the office, and nobody else is within 10 years of her age. It seems like her co-workers don't trust that she's able to do her job and that she's just a kid whos in over her head. She knows they mean well, but she wishes they would stop trying so hard to coddle her and make her feel better. So my question is, is…

So my question is, is there a way for her to get her coworkers to stop asking if she needs help, and instead wait until she asks for it?
