In my schedule I have my availability set to Mon-Fri only, but once a month or so I get stuck in on a Saturday. I've spoken to him about it before, and he tells me sometimes he just needs good people in and that's just how retail is, we're busiest on weekends.
While he is right that that's when we're busiest, I have my weekends off for a reason. He doesn't seem to be willing to budge. Any advice on what I can do? Obvious answers are quit my job, but the job market here is a bit tough. I've been applying everywhere and haven't gotten much of anything back from anyone.
