sorry in advance for the bad format i’m on my phone. boss kept taking me off the schedule without telling me so i would find out when i showed up for work. i confronted him about it and he lied and said we had talked about it (i had never received a call or text). my manager texted me that our boss had messed up. before my next shift my boss texted me to tell me not to come in. now i am removed entirely from the schedule, i texted my boss about this and he ignored the message.
i know he’s trying to fire me but he has no reason. i have not quit yet. this has happened many times at the store i work at where he forces someone to quit by never scheduling them again. is this something that can be reported?
Someone important things to know: i’ve asked a manager if i’m still employed to which they had no answer, i asked my boss when i would be put back on the schedule to which he did not respond. i plan on texting my boss again when the new schedule comes out and then showing up to talk in person.
