Pretty straightforward, go to an osha outreach institute, there are several in each state, take the osha train the trainer courses for 1910, general industry and 1926 construction and become an osha trainer where you can issue osha 10 and 30 hour cards in general industry or construction. this will be a benefit to most employers and you can walk into a safety job off the street. one more thing, read the regs, become an osha expert and you will have a safety job for life. i work with a ton of safety folks, most do not have degrees in safety but you can get certifications in safety too.
