How to manage home and work?

Looking for advice for balance in work/home (aren't we all?) My partner (35m) is a salaried Controls Engineer. He has only gotten one raise in 3 years (“blame Covid”) and is extremely unhappy with his workload. Definitely doing the job of 2+ people, while having the experience of a Senior Engineer and no matching title/pay. Now, he's expected to work 16+ hrs one weekend a month. With commute, his hours are 7a-6p. I am a baker (31f), working with commute 4:30a-1:30p with hardly a break if at all. Because of my hours, I typically do all the cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and shopping throughout the week. My question is: does anyone have any advice on how to relieve some stress within the household? I am resentful that all the chores fall on me while still working 40 hr/wk but with his hours, its too late or too much for him,…

My question is: does anyone have any advice on how to relieve some stress within the household? I am resentful that all the chores fall on me while still working 40 hr/wk but with his hours, its too late or too much for him, too. I feel awful for feeling that way because it's not his fault, but I am damn tired. We have no extra cash (student loans, remodeling). Thoughts?

BTW, we are definitely looking at getting him another job. We live in the USA but looking internationally. TIA.
