I worked off and on for the local grocery store for a few years and, even though I didn't really need the job and did it just for fitness and social interaction, I saw the way they fucked people over including me. But I just chuckled, ignored their stupid assed rules, and 'policies' if they didn't suit me, and because I did work hard, am a natural leader, and always got the job done, they tolerated my shenanigans. Either that or they were afraid of me I'm not sure. That said now that I'm out of there and have been reading this sub I'd like to get a union movement going there. I still have friends that work in that shit hole and I think they deserve better. So how would you go about trying to form a union in a local store?
