How to quit a job just a few weeks after starting?

I won’t quit til I have another job lined up, but long story short, I no longer have reliable transportation and honestly just don’t really want to make the commute anymore (50 min-1hr due to having to take backroads thanks to my broken car). How should I go about resigning? What do I say?
