I started this job less than a month ago. It’s good work and overtime. But too much overtime. I’m working 14/15 hour shifts. It’s actually taking a toll on my health. I want to leave but I don’t know what to say through text or through phone call. I didn’t feel it was necessary to give two weeks notice as I just started.
