Here's the scenario going on. Recently my mother was fired from a transportation business that deals in taking people to appointments. She started roughly 3 weeks ago and I noticed some issues with the place. Her pay stubs were missing several hours and from what she told me they don't do hourly only the accumulated time spent on rides to appointments. So you get up at 5am and work till 3pm but the hours only equal to 6 hours based on rides. From what I investigated all of the riders are 1098 contractors in the books so they don't have any full time staff. What resources can I do to report em?
