I tried to report violations for us being forced to work through lunches while clocking out, and being told to adjust our timecards when we get illegal amounts of OT (commercial drivers). In addition there have been pay discrepancies where employees have been told to be quiet about it. However, it appears that it isn't anonymous if I make a report to my labor board.
There are protections for whistle blowers if I get retaliated against, but I'd rather just not. Especially since this upper manager is lowkey when she's punishing people.
Is there any anonymous way I can go about this?
