Picture letter given
I have been issued this warning letter or the title says “SHOW CAUSE LETTER”, that says I'm late to work, whereby my contract time is 9 am to 6 pm, and they requested us to be in the office on 7.30 am.
I've been late for a couple of weeks, but never arrive after 8 am, it's always between 7.30 am – 8 am.They also did not “repeatedly warned me of coming late”, not even once.
How do I reply?
Edit: These are the wording in my contract:
You shall be required to report for work no later than 9.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break. The working hours end no sooner than 6.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday. However, the nature of your work may require you to attend longer than your usual working hours. In view of the competitive nature of the business, priority should be given to completion of work and targets set.
