Little back story, placed to be transferred mid Sept due to not being comfortable with my management. Managers told I would me transferred by end of Oct then 2 weeks before the end of Oct they told me they postponed my transfer. They postponed the transfer due to no one being able to replace my spot even though they hired new people to do the complete opposite of me (stuff that they are too lazy to do themselves). Was not too happy about how this was being handled and have been trying to look for other jobs while still attending this one for financial needs.
Now today I was called up to speak with the head of HR and she told me that the managers now feel uncomfortable with me. The managers stated that I do not talk to them as much and when I responded with requests regarding work I give very short answers such as “Yeah” “Ok” “Done”. She told me “if you are not happy then what are you doing here” I responded : “well thats exactly why I want to transfer over asap to leave the managers. Then she basically ranted on about how I should be more friendly, talkative, and enthusiastic when talking with management and that I should change if I want to continue working there.
How do I talk to management then? Am I wrong for speaking to management very little? Keep in mind I complete all my work and the discussion was based on my attitude around them only not other coworkers.
