How to unionize around Company rules?

Hey Everyone, first time posting. So I recently started up a job in Data Entry at a warehouse that does distribution for its stores. I don't mind it too much, it has it's issues. So our warehouse is split into two groups, the Floor and “management”. The floor involves anyone doing the actual labor, from offloading trailers, loading to everything in between. How can one work around this to unionize the Data Entry workers? I am in Canada, and the company is a popular discount clothing/home furniture company, not only here but in the US, UK and Australia. I am happy to answer any questions if it helps to get closer to unionize. I am anti work, but I'd like to make this multibillion dollar company bleed a bit while here.
